Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HEAT WAVE Studios website, booking platform, mobile services, or studio services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

Studio Participation
HEAT WAVE Studios provides boutique fitness and wellness services that may include infrared heat exposure, strength training, yoga, cycling, Pilates, barre, sculpt, rebounding, and related fitness activities. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

Health & Safety Acknowledgement
You acknowledge that physical exercise and heat exposure involve inherent risks including but not limited to dizziness, dehydration, injury, illness, aggravation of pre-existing conditions, or other medical complications. You should consult a physician prior to participation.

Memberships & Billing
Memberships, class packages, and promotional offers are subject to studio policies, minimum terms, cancellation deadlines, and automatic billing where applicable. All purchases are subject to the studio’s cancellation and refund policies.

Late Cancels & No Shows
Clients may be charged fees for late cancellations, missed reservations, or failure to follow booking policies. Policies may vary by membership or package type.

Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, class concepts, graphics, content, videos, and materials associated with HEAT WAVE Studios are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
