Move & Zen | Sip & Dip Event! 

45 minute Flow | 45 minute Breathwork | 45 minute Mocktails

Ashanti will take you on an invigorating journey of movement into grounded meditation with a few different breathwork modalities targeting stress relief, vagus nerve, cardiovascular health, and more. We then take a walk to the beach to for a happy hour dip in the ocean music and mocktails from the company Curious Elixers. 

Please bring water, face towel, beach towel, journal/pen, extra clothes.
